Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom kits (names/numbers) and used equipment.
To start a return, please email returns@shop.samasters.co.za. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Note: For custom kits with manufacturing defects, please attach a photo of the error.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If your return is for a standard item, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
If the item is a custom kit, we will verify the claim against your original order entry to ensure the error was on our end.
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that custom kits cannot be exchanged for different sizes.
